As the Social Media Content Strategist and Video Producer for The Ark Chicago, I elevated the organization's online presence to better engage with their community and increase brand visibility. My approach involved developing a comprehensive social media and marketing strategy that leveraged AI-powered photographic enhancements, engaging video content, and targeted advertising campaigns.

To boost user engagement, I created a paid and organic tailored content calendar that focused on consistent and relevant postings across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X. By incorporating AI-enhanced photography, we were able to deliver visually stunning and on-brand content that resonated with our audience. I used ChatGPT to generate a wide range of post messaging that I refined with the Ark Chicago’s marketing team. Additionally, the use of targeted advertisements helped expand The Ark Chicago’s reach, bringing in new followers and increasing overall interactions.

Digital Signage and Presentation Templates
I designed editable digital signage templates in Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva to enhance The Ark Chicago’s internal communications. The digital signage engaged new visitors when they enter the building to show off the wide range of the organizations human services and the organization’s sense of community.
I created a 20-slide PowerPoint template for the Ark Chicago to streamline and enhance their internal and external communications. These presentation templates were crucial for fundraising outreach efforts where clear and engaging presentations play a pivotal role in securing donations.
AI-Generated Photo Web Design
To help modernize the Ark Chicago’s website, I used Photoshop’s AI-powered Adobe Firefly content aware fill tool to expand their existing photo library to accommodate the new horizontal photo layouts. The left side of the expanded images was covered with title content for specific web pages.
