Meta | Presentation Design and Social Media Content Strategy
I designed and presented branded training presentations about candidate outreach and social media for 150+ recruiters, and my templates were used by 400+ recruiters throughout organization. I wrote social content receiving up to 9,000 engagements per post in LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X to rank #3 on Meta’s leaderboard for social media brand advocacy.
As a Technical Sourcing Specialist at Meta, I recruited and prepared engineers for interviews, exceeding my outreach Key Performance Indicators by 125% and significantly enhancing Meta’s talent pipeline. Recognizing my expertise, management selected me to create training presentations and videos for our 150-person Talent Accelerator team that focused on best practices for finding a diverse range of candidates for specialized roles. These engaging, branded presentations were adopted throughout the larger recruiting organization to enhance the company’s recruitment performance.
Meta had a tool called EveryoneSocial that allowed its staff to post prepackaged marketing content on their social media channels to build brand awareness. I became a master of the tool by researching additional news stories and product reviews to publish on EveryoneSocial that elevated the company’s brand awareness and regularly received thousands of views across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
