ULTA General Manager’s Conference | Event Presentation Design

I designed inspirational stage visuals for the Bare Minerals CEO's presentation to 1000+ attendees at the ULTA General Manager’s conference. The presentation was a major success and the CEO was invited back the following year to co-present with the event’s organizers

In a high-stakes project that underscored the power of visual storytelling, I was tasked with designing inspirational stage visuals for the Bare Minerals CEO’s presentation at the ULTA General Manager’s Conference attended by over 1,000 industry professionals. This assignment not only required a deep understanding of Bare Minerals’ brand identity, but a keen sense of how to communicate its ethos visually to a large, discerning audience. Leveraging advanced graphic design tools and a creative approach to visual communication, I developed a series of compelling, brand-aligned visuals that seamlessly complemented the CEO’s message. The visuals were crafted to resonate with the audience and enhance the presentation's impact by visually conveying the innovation, quality, and ethical standards that Bare Minerals stands for. The strategic use of color, imagery, and animation was central to creating an engaging atmosphere that captivated the attendees and facilitated a powerful connection between the speaker and the audience.

The success of this project was measured not just by the immediate reception but also by its lasting impact on Bare Minerals’ brand perception among the key stakeholders present. The stage visuals served as a catalyst that sparked discussion and further interest in the brand, amplifying its presence in the competitive beauty industry. By aligning the visual content with the CEO’s narrative, the presentation effectively highlighted the brand’s achievements and future aspirations to leave a memorable mark on the attendees. This endeavor showcased my ability to not only execute a high-level design strategy, but to contribute significantly to a brand's storytelling efforts in a corporate setting.
